The Royal Blue Dove Foundation 501(c)3
The Royal Blue Dove Foundation is the 501c3 organization of Sigma Phi Zeta chapter. Established in August 2006, its purpose is to award scholarship grants to worthy students for the pursuit of higher education; to conduct community outreach service programs that will aid in the educational and vocational improvement of individuals and in community living standards and to engage in events that will aid in the development of women.
The Royal Blue Dove Scholarship promotes educational excellence by awarding scholarships to graduating seniors from local high schools in the Lake County area. We recognize those young women who have maintained an excellent scholastic record while demonstrating concern for others by participating in community service related activities.
The scholarship application process for 2022 is currently in progress.
Students applying for the Royal Blue Dove Scholarship must meet the following minimum criteria:
Must be a graduating "Female" senior
Must have an overall GPA of 2.50 or higher
Must be a US Citizen with residency in Lake County, IL
Must be able to document college, university, junior college, trade, technical or vocational school. for 2022-2023
Student must attend annual scholarship fundraising event where award will be presented.*
*Note: Scholarship event may be virtual due to pandemic concerns)
(Non attendance must have an emergency or prior approval) Scholarship check will mail directly to the school with completion of documentation: (Student’s full name, student ID#, name/address of financial aid office, and confirmation of college enrollment).

Zeta Amicae of Waukegan Educational Scholarship Application
The Zeta Amicae Scholarship will be awarded to a woman age 19 - 25 who is furthering her education towards a college degree or trade school certification. This scholarship will be a one-time awarded scholarship to be applied towards the tuition for the 2021-2022 school year. Scholarship may not be carried over to another school year's tuition.
The 2021 Alfred Clark, Jr. Educational Scholarship Application
Mr. Alfred Clark, Jr. was employed by North Chicago School District from 1973-2003. His career started as a mathematics/science teacher and he served the district as dean of students, football and track coach, athletic director, assistant principal, director of adult education and an associate superintendent. He loved and had great admiration for students at NCCHS!
In honor of his legacy, his lovely wife and our sorority sister Donna Clark decided to create an educational scholarship to award a worthy North Chicago Community High School senior (male or female). The student applying for this application, would need to write a one-page experience with a signature from a parent, relative, neighbor or friend who attended NCCHS 1973-2003 and has had an experience with
